Job Duties:
Create and deliver engaging and creative lessons for early years foundation stage (EYFS) students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with EYFS students
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an EYFS setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of child development principles
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Strong classroom management skills
Proficient in using technology to enhance learning
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
Experience in working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional participation in school events outside regular hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
