About the role:
As a self-employed Mortgage Advisor, you’ll provide expert advice to clients regarding mortgages and related products, finding the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Business development support will be provided however you’ll also be expected to pro-actively generate business via networking, referral and recommendation.
This is a remote positon so you can be based anywhere in the UK, but you’ll also be welcomed at the office based in Stoke-on-Trent.
What you'll need:
To be considered, you will hold a CeMAP Level 3 qualification (or industry equivalent) and have previous experience in a Mortgage & Protection role.
You’ll need to be flexible, with the ability to travel for client appointments and meetings, as well as attend quarterly team meetings at or near to the Stoke-on-Trent office.
You’ll be Self-motivated and proactive, as you’ll effectively operate as your own boss. Ideally, you should bring an existing client bank or have a clear strategy to build one
The Finer Details:
* Admin support on submitted cases, and paraplanning and case support pre-submission
* Business development support from the Director & BDM to develop and grow a client bank
* 75/25 split on all self-generated clients, including contractual ownership of clients
* 60/40 split on provided leads and clients
* Opportunity to sell commercial finance, with training given, through partner brand
* Remote working, or office space provided (offices based in ST5)
* Ongoing training to increase protection sales (quantity and quality)
* Refer protection cases internally for increased commission splits if desired
