OVERVIEW
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Restaurant Manager to oversee our PAD Restaurant for a period of maternity leave, running the daily food and beverage operation here, within the Celtic Manor Resort, part of the Celtic Collection.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We require a highly skilled Restaurant Manager who has a hands-on approach and an ability to demonstrate they are capable of innovation, inspiring, training and leading a team. You will need a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to all of our guests.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for the challenging role. Your experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star property or high end restaurant will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people management skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. We have high service levels within a volume environment.
