Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement:
* Booking nursery tours for prospective families, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
* Chasing leads and following up with potential clients, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly.
* Engaging with local community groups on social media to promote the nursery and generate interest.
* Converting leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the benefits of our nursery to prospective parents.
Administration:
* Sending out paperwork to customers, senior managers, and relevant stakeholders.
* Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Answering telephone calls and providing excellent customer service to all enquiries.
* Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
