Self-Employed Enforcement Agent
COMMISSION ONLY - Uncapped, realistic OTE 35K-90K (after certification)

Our self-employed Enforcement Agents/Bailiffs are the front line of our business, field-based, recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.
Self-employed - Enforcement Agent experience and requirements:
Required:
1. Confident and Self-motivated
2. Good negotiation skills
3. Persuasive and Disciplined
4. Previous experience in a self-employed role
5. A full UK driving licence and access to a car
6. Experience managing vulnerable and challenging situations
7. Commission only role or customer-facing field-based roles
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in Military or Close protection roles
2. Previous experience in Recovery or collections
3. Field sales experience
4. Previous experience in a similar enforcement role or similar field
No previous experience needed as a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent. Full training is provided to become a Certificated/Licenced Enforcement Agent.
Uncapped commission, realistic earnings after certification between £40,000 - £90,000+ (uncapped).
What you will receive as an Enforcement Agent:
1. Extensive City & Guilds accredited training and support through your certification including 'on' street field mentoring.
2. Mentoring and support during and after certification.
3. A self-employed field-based role with access to work volumes which make for a realistic OTE and uncapped commission opportunities.
4. Latest technology and BWV supplied.
5. Access to software to help and improve performance in the field when enforcing - helping our agents to earn and increase commission opportunities.
6. Opportunity to lease Marston ANPR System.
7. Use own vehicle or lease vehicle options available (Diesel or Electric) - once certificated.
8. Weekly pay.
Successful candidates will need to pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and also hold a full UK Driving Licence.
