Verus Recruitment is partnering with a global Managed Service Provider in search of an HR Administrator to join their team. This company provides IT solutions and support across a diverse range of industries, including finance, insurance, hospitality, real estate, education, and more.
Role Overview:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in a variety of HR activities. We are open to candidates based in the UK, Guernsey, or Jersey, and are also considering part-time candidates working 25 hours or more per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare written documents, including letters, reports, and other necessary paperwork.
2. Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including booking training sessions and maintaining training records.
3. Ensure compliance with local data protection and health and safety regulations, along with company policies.
4. Assist the HR Manager with various HR tasks.
5. Manage payroll and employee benefits, including pension and medical schemes.
6. Act as a key user of the company's HR system, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
