Legoland Windsor Resort is recruiting for two Food and Beverage Supervisor's to work within our theme park family restaurants.

We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operation in one of our four theme park family restaurants.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure the delivery of the day-to-day operation by supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards. This role requires a candidate who demonstrates a positive mental attitude, is highly motivated, empowering and has determination to succeed. You will need to think outside the box, make quick decisions, and have the natural ability to bring out the best in the team.
Shift patterns include:
Full Time, Fully Flexible with 5 out of 7 shift patterns, including some weekends and bank holidays
What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Food and Beverage Supervisor would include...
* Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including Food Safety and Hygiene.
* Driving focus on exceptional guest service and achieving all Food & Beverage KPI targets.
* Assisting with recruitment, training, coaching and development, and leading the team with a hands-on approach to allow support with future succession.
* Maintaining high standards of of presentation throughout the restaurant and offer ideas for change where applicable.
* Ensuring specific stock levels are maintained with adequate monitoring whilst taking financial responsibility for the restaurant, including labour management.
* Implementing agreed promotions for maximum sales and circulating important and relevant information throughout the team, ensuring excellent current product knowledge, including allergen and dietary information.
What is required for this role?

* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work through own initiative.
* Previous leadership experience or a team leader level or above.
* A passion for guest service and going that extra mile to provide memorable experiences.
* Knowledge of KPI's and meeting service targets is advantageous.
* A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to support and lead the team.
* Be a great communicator and someone who is reliable in all aspects of the role.
* Demonstrate the ability to take on challenges as and when they arise, reacting positively and responding immediately with solutions.
* Previous Food & Beverage experience and Food Safety Certification is desired.
* A strong desire to develop others through effective training and coaching.
* Previous knowledge of Risk Assessments and Health & Safety protocol is desired.
