Your Company:NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful business services company located in the Greater Southampton area to assist them in their search for an experienced Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team for a 3-month contract. Over the last decade this business has expanded their presence and brand, through high-growth activities, and acquired a presence across many sites around the UK.Even as a short term appointment, this role will prove to be a dynamic and interesting finance opportunity, to provide hands on support to the wider finance team with specific purchase ledger and supplier engagement duties.Your Role and Responsibilities:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:
* Loading of invoices into the system, checking them and ensuring they are accurate
* Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues and acting as a key point of contact for queries
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Processing expense claims, acting as the point of call for employees with queries
* Generating BACS and foreign payment runs when needed
