Salt have partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up to find them a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. They're looking to grow their brand presence, and are working towards a brand refresh in the near future.
This is a great opportunity to join a business making the transition from a start-up to a scale-up. With light brand guidelines, you'll have freedom to play and experiment, and have a lot of creative autonomy over assets. You'll make a big impact from day one, and be joining a social team with a really strong culture of open feedback and communication.
As Graphic Designer, you'll be working closely with the Marketing Manager to shape the future of the brand. You'll be responsible for creating assets for Print and Digital that serve a variety of purposes, from Brochures, to OOH, to Websites, to Paid Social.
So, what are they looking for?
* 2-3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in the B2B sector.
* Exposure to working on Brand/Marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to balance multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with Video Editing and Web Design tools as a bonus.
* Experience in Motion Design for Paid Social ads.
