Hales Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join our Payroll team at our Central Peterborough office. This is a temporary one year position covering maternity leave.
You will be a key member of the Payroll and Billing team, responsible for timely, accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll and invoicing processing taking responsibility for your own allocated branches.
The role will involve
* Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for Hales Group operational divisions using bespoke software - training will be given.
* Collating data from your branches across the UK to ensure accurate payroll & invoicing achieved.
* Producing, verifying, and issuing client invoices on a weekly basis.
* Assisting with all telephone & email enquiries.
* Undertaking all other general admin duties that may arise.
Payroll experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given .
We are looking for an individual who is keen to learn new skills and has excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail. IT skills including basic Excel knowledge as a minimum and with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
