Care Assistant (Nightshift) Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our nightshift team at Dalgety Bay Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines while promoting independence.
* Personalized Care: Support each resident's individual care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention.
* Health and Wellbeing: Monitor residents' health, communicate concerns, and assist with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.

About You:
* Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with transferable skills.
* Passion: Genuinely interested in caring for the elderly and committed to delivering excellent service.

Benefits:
* Salary: £12.60 per hour
* Contracted hours: 38.5 hours per week
* Nightsift: £500 Welcome Bonus paid after 6 months once settled in and passed probation
