Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working
OTE: Up to £34,700 per annum
This is more than your usual sales role as you'll form a consultative and collaborative partnership with prospective clients. Utilising your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their business and offering the best solutions for their needs.
Your role as a Telesales Executive will be to proactively contact UK businesses to position our suite of products and services.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has high energy and drive with previous experience in both lead generation and cold calling prospective businesses. You'll be inquisitive with strong influencing skills, someone who is able to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range by cross selling additional products or services to help both organisations grow.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Working towards individual lead and sales targets.
· Utilising internal databases and social media tools to prospect potential clients.
· Regularly update internal CRM system based on activity.
· Collaborate effectively with wider sales and marketing teams.
