We’re looking for a People Change and Delivery Manager to join our People Team at Tesco Bank
As we enter the next phase of our journey becoming part of Barclays, you’ll have exposure to lots of change activity in a role that is key to delivering our integration into Barclays Bank and be responsible for leading a team to support the delivery of this change.
There lots of varied and interesting work to get stuck into and this role is central to helping ensure the function is focused on the right activities.
You’ll manage a team of People Consultants and be part of the Change and Delivery Management team. You’ll have lots of autonomy and report into the Head of People Change & Delivery who is on the People Leadership team often representing the team at the Leadership team.
This role has always providedopportunities to learn new skills and try out new ways or working. This is only enhanced as we prepare for one of the biggest changes in the Bank’s history.
What you’ll be doing
1. Managing and coaching a team of consultants to drive and support the delivery of functional deliverables.
2. Overseeing the smooth running of People team projects with careful consideration of change management.
3. Operating as a HR expert, providing support and coaching to People Consultants.
4. Collaborating with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and the wider People team on all HR, ER, and organisational change programmes. Drawing on previous HR experience as required.
5. Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
6. Supporting the People Leadership team in the development and implementation of People Plans aligned to business strategy, translating People Strategy into actionable objectives.
7. Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organisation achieve its objectives.
We need you to have
8. Strong HR experience in either generalist or a variety specialist HR roles.
9. Experience in HR planning and change.
10. Experience of managing a team of HR professionals.

11. Organisation Design experience
