Description
Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
Employee Relations including sickness, performance management, D&G.
Coach guide and upskill Line Managers on ER matters
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives
Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documents
Coordinating training and development programs
Supporting the performance review process
Responsible for organising and updating training matrix
Ensuring compliance with employment law and industry regulationsProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Is currently in a HR Assistant/HR Advisor role looking for wither the next step or to add to HR development
Knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law
Have worked in a generalist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Have CIPD qualification or the desire to study and develop
