Your Role as a Mystery Shopper with Ted Experience:
* Observation and Reporting: Visit designated locations to evaluate the overall brand experience.
* Evaluate Service Quality: Assess adherence to the brand’s high standards of presentation and service.
* Engagement: Immerse yourself in the atmosphere while discreetly gathering insights.
* Detail-Oriented Feedback: Provide accurate, timely reports to ensure brand consistency.
* Logistics and Frequency: Mystery shoppers are expected to commit to multiple shifts per week and be able to accurately plan the logistics of travelling to different venues.
What We’re Looking For at Ted Experience:
* Age Requirement: Must be over 21 years old.
* Experience: Prior experience in Mystery Shopping, Customer Service Evaluation, or similar roles is necessary.
* Reliability: Punctuality and precision in completing assignments and submitting reports.
* Personable and Observant: Ability to blend in naturally while staying detail-focused.
* Self-Motivated: Comfortable managing your schedule and visiting assigned locations.
* London-Based: Preferably based in or around London, with knowledge of central and North East areas.
* Tech-Savvy: Be able to operate and navigate reporting software, tablets & phones for seamless and accurate data reporting.
* Availability: Start date of January 13th with availability for up to 8 weeks during the campaign.
