As the Service Desk Manager you will be tasked with leading the It Service Desk Team. You will oversee daily operations of the service desk, the staff and ensuring a high level of service and support to the companies internal and external customers. You will have a number of responsibilities including Team Leadership, Service Desk Operations, Customer Communication and Strategic Processes.
What you will require for the role:
1. + 5 years in Service Desk or IT support roles
2. +2 years in a leadership position
3. ITIL certification (desirable)
