The charity cares for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across southwest London, northwest London, and Surrey. They’re here to make every moment count, whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months, or years.
The specialist care and support are free of charge and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The property portfolio includes Christopher’s Hospice in Guildford, Shooting Star House in Hampton, which provides day services, eight shops, a distribution centre, and a residential property.
Working closely with the Director of Finance and Operations, you’ll provide strategic guidance on managing the estate and advancing sustainability plans. This includes overseeing preventative maintenance, ad hoc repairs, and renewals, all in close collaboration with the Heads of Care and other departments.
If sustainability is important to you, this role offers the chance to lead the charity’s journey toward carbon neutrality and to drive forward the next sustainability plans. The charity has recently completed condition surveys of its properties and is now looking for guidance on planning for the future.
