We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Legal Secretary based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more.
Responsibilities of theLegal Secretary
* Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails and other correspondence.
* Audio typing.
* File management.
* Typing of documents and tracking amendments.
* Preparation of client letters.
* General administration duties.
* Making appointments on behalf of fee earners.
Requirements for a successful Legal Secretary
* Previous Secretarial experience within the Legal sector is essential.
* Excellent typing skills.
* Well organised with excellent time management.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail.
