VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established family-run car dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Car Sales Executive position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.
Permanent role.
Place of work is Belfast (Boucher)
Salary: £30,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus (High OTE) + Company Car - Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.
Responsibilities:
* The main job purpose will be to deliver a great customer experience and achieve agreed sales target for the new and/or used vehicles within a compliant sales process.
* To ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase; therefore maintaining product knowledge and being aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation is imperative.
* To follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business; maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
* Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process whilst also completing training programs as required.
* Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features.
* Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a selling role.
* Experience within a franchised car dealership required.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
