You will be responsible for managing stock levels, controlling costs, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
You will also be expected to develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This may include initiatives such as training programs, customer feedback surveys, and loyalty schemes.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a proven track record of achieving targets. You will be confident in your ability to manage stock, control costs, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the store team to achieve sales and profit targets
