We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Support Assistant (Administrator) to join our Southampton office on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The team and the role
The Executive Support Assistant (ESA) team provide support to fee earners across the firm with administrative tasks such as client and matter opening, archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding etc. Under normal circumstances, ESAs, are predominantly office based and primarily support fee earners in their own office. However, they work centrally and collectively together supporting fee earners as a team across the business. Workflow for the ESA team is supervised by two Workflow Coordinators.

They are organised, flexible in their approach to managing workloads, confident with their work and are closely aligned with the vision, values and objectives of the people they support across the business.
What are we looking for?
To be successful this role you'll need as a minimum;
1. One year's previous experience of working in an administrative role of some description (ideally within the professional services sector)
2. Proficiency in MS Office suite
3. Excellent communication skills and being able to utilise them via different methods such as emails, phone calls and letters
