RAC have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Business Roadside team on a permanent basis. This permanent role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bescot office.
We are looking for a experienced individual to support the Fleet, SVM and IP Business Partners, drive the financial performance of Business Roadside while providing full and accurate financial information, decision support, financial guidance and advice, insight and commercial challenge.
What You’ll do…
1. Responsible for supporting and providing flexibility across all Business Roadside areas as priorities require.
2. Understand the Group Strategic Plans & Priorities, and the specific short and medium term targets you are involved in influencing.
3. Inform business leaders and their decision-making through commercial understanding of the business area you support.
4. Support the business area in developing annual budgets and forecasting.
5. Effective and efficient accounting, producing timely and accurate numbers.
6. Supportthe provision of effective financial insight, analysis and challenge.
7. Deliver success through building and maintaining effective relationships and partnering disciplines.
What You’ll Need…
8. Part Qualified with relevant finance experience.
9. Strong Financial Modelling and Analytical Skills
10. Good understanding of relevant commercial disciplines.
11. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
12. Excellent organisational skills.
13. Ability to assimilate information and make decisions quickly.
14. Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively.
