Location: The role is based around our office in Liphook. Not only are the people lovely (with great taste in music) but the office and grounds are beautiful. Park in an apple orchard, have meetings sitting by our lake or take a walk in the Hampshire countryside over lunch.
A bit about the role: This is an exciting new role in our fast-growing Recruitment Team to support the department to continue to recruit the best talent across the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music. We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts by managing key administrative tasks and coordinating recruitment activities across the country.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and book staff and venues for all recruitment events and activities across the country.
2. Review incoming applications and schedule video interviews with candidates in a timely manner.
3. Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to inquiries and directing emails to the appropriate team members.
4. Prepare and generate recruitment reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
5. Perform administrative tasks in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate details are updated and managed effectively.
6. Create and maintain candidate maps to track recruitment progress and pipeline.
7. Send mass emails to keep the talent pool updated on relevant opportunities and company news.
Skills and Experience:
1. Confident in writing professional emails and communicating effectively over the phone.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule and prioritize tasks.
3. Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.
4. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Prior experience in a recruitment or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
