Salary £40,000 per annum Fantastic opportunity for a passionate and guest centric Front of House Manager to join this lifestyle hotel based in Cambridge. Working with an established team you will be responsible for managing a unique front of house operation, with the opportunity to quickly make a difference Key duties will include ; To lead and manage the Front of House team, ensuring brand standards are in place to deliver a seamless, personalised and memorable guest experience. To ensure that all room allocations are dealt with accurately and efficiently so that guests are allocated the right room at the right rate, thereby maximising rooms yield. To recruit, appoint, retain, review, identify training needs, provide active support and development and ensure succession planning is in place. To ensure that upselling and membership processes are implemented, whilst maintaining brand standards. To be successful in this role you will have previous Front of House management experience from within a branded / corporate hotel. You will have excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional and personalised customer service. This role would suit someone used to working with brand standards and process, who is now looking to move to a lifestyle property to add your own personality and flair
