Position: HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise iTrent experience to deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
* Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyse data trends and provide expert insights.
* Manage and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, prioritising work to meet deadlines.
* Analyse large data sets to identify trends, variances, and recommend efficiency improvements.
* Adhere to internal processes while striving for continuous improvement.
* Respond flexibly to requests for management information (MI) support.
* Handle organisational structure changes within the HR system.
* Prepare and deliver documentation and reports for various audiences.
Qualifications:
Essential:
* Proven experience with iTrent.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, data analysis.
Highly Desirable:
* Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.
* Understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
Skills:
* High level of accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team.
* Strong communication skills for managing relationships at all levels.
