Job Role: Sales & Lettings Administrator
Location: Arnold/Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 3pm
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join one of the most respected companies within the property industry.
This role involves all aspects of office administration within a successful and busy estate agency.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Providing all round administration support to the sales and lettings team - joining a team of administrators
* Liaising with clients and vendors
* Preparing property particulars and sales memorandums
* Preparation of keys and instructions for the viewers
* Typing up property details, launching onto websites: Rightmove, Zoopla etc
* Preparing contracts and handling confidential details
* Answering calls, assisting with queries and taking messages
The successful Administrator will be / have:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* The ability to self-motivate and work individually as well as a team
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
