This Commercial Analyst role is a crucial new role for the business working within the Finance team but also closely with the Commercial Director enabling the business to make informed decisions. The role will be about creating and analysing the data to support performance as well as setting objectives for the financial and commercial strategy, all using real time reporting.
The business is a visionary and amazing purpose-led business within consumer goods. They make a range of products selling through digital, online, and retail channels and have won numerous awards for innovation, sustainability, and many more. They recently secured B-Corp status and have great values that guide all the decisions they make as a business.
In terms of people and culture, it’s a great close knit Finance team but also a supportive wider team that offer genuine room to progress and develop your career.
To be successful in the role you will:
1. Be part qualified/qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
2. Current working within an analytical role managing commercial performance
3. Relevant experience within an E-commerce-focused, product-based, consumer/FMCG businesses
4. Advanced Excel modelling, Power BI, and ERP systems experience
Part of the interview process will be testing your capabilities to build data and demonstrate analysis.
The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two at home.
