We are currently recruiting for a House Manager for a luxury corporate & private events hire venue set in extensive grounds in Chippenham.
The venue is open throughout the year, and our client is seeking to appoint an experienced House Manager, to oversee and deliver a a busy calendar of events including brand takeovers, weddings and a range of private and corporate stayover events.
The House Manager is the most senior leader on site, and will be responsible for all aspects of the venue, and the management and development of an in-house team of approximately 20 staff which include event sales & management, housekeeping, grounds & maintenance, plus extensive part-time casual usage on large events.
Our client is therefore looking to appoint a 'finished article', 'face of the business', House Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of House Manager, gained within luxury, multi-department, events led venues, coupled with a genuine passion for leading and developing a team of event professionals who care about ensuring all client experiences are exceptional.
The successful candidate for the role of House Manager will work collaboratively with the company directors to drive the business forward, and actively seek ways to 'over deliver on guest experience.
