A thriving business with a long history of success is currently recruiting for a HVAC Project Manager to join their successful Project Management team in Leighton Buzzard.
The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities of the HVAC Project Manager role:
* Take ownership of HVAC projects from the point of customer order.
* Set up a programme, list of labour materials and plant, and meetings schedule
* Review Specification and drawings and communicate to all parties involved
* Oversee the installation phase, through to completion
* Oversee the handover process including O&M manuals
* Respond to customer post completion enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
Key skills/experience required for the Accounts Payable Assistant:
* Minimum of 1 year’s construction project management experience
* HVAC experience of more than 3 years
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to analyse situations and make decisions
* Awareness of Health and Safety and Contract Law
* Great numeracy skills
* Teamwork and leadership skills
* Communication skills
