Your Duties: Ensuring end-of-day procedures and subsequent reports are completed accurately and efficiently. Overseeing overnight service and security, maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety. Managing Reception and In-Room Dining services to provide seamless guest experiences. Monitoring cleanliness and orderliness of Front Office areas throughout the night. Handling guest arrivals and departures, including VIP check-ins, and ensuring a warm, professional welcome. Addressing guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction. Conducting security patrols and maintaining compliance with hotel safety standards. Completing Night Audit procedures, including verifying financial transactions and system updates. Leading and mentoring the night team to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence. Acting as Manager on Duty to support all departments during overnight hours. Preparing detailed handover reports for morning staff, summarising activities, guest feedback, and operational issues. Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution through established protocols. Conducting safety and fire walks to uphold health and safety standards. Training, developing, and supporting night staff to foster a positive and professional work environment. Your Profile: The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotels Night Operations or Front Office. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a guest-first approach. Proficiency in night audit processes, financial reconciliation, and report preparation. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, fire safety procedures, and hotel security protocols. Familiarity with hospitality systems and software for reservations, reporting, and incident tracking. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
