Our Client based in Crondall is seeking an Administrator / Data Admin Clerk to help with a key project.
Drawing down purchasing requirements for each project from plans; you will capture all required information on a simple Excel spreadsheet that you have created and send to the buyer for approval.
The role will involve checking all site project plans to identify any purchasing requirements for landscaping projects - such as shrubs, plants, trees, turf, etc.
The names and numbers of items are marked on the plans.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, and the ability to cross-check work completed in advance of sending it to the buyer is required.
Good keyboard skills are essential together with a proactive and organised approach to work. Previous administration experience in a similar role is desirable.
Location: On site in Crondall.
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Duration: Initially one month and reviewed.
