Marketing Executive
Location: Coventry
Holidays: 30 days per year, including Bank Holidays and the Christmas break
Hours: 07:00 am to 16:30 pm - Mon-Thurs
07:00 am to 15:15 pm – Fri
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

The Role:
My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to take charge of their marketing efforts and elevate the brand. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and proactive, capable of engaging customers across multiple platforms while shaping the future of the company’s marketing strategy. The role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to achieve maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Strategic Planning: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Ensuring campaigns align with the company’s overall message, “Experience: Design, Develop, Deliver,” and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
2. Campaign Management: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms. The focus will be on lead generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement, ensuring content resonates with key audiences such as architects, contractors, and construction industry clients. Attendance at campaigns held in the London showroom may be required.
3. Digital Marketing: Leading the development of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. Utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and exploring modern trends, like animations seen on TikTok, to create impactful marketing materials.
4. Content Creation: Overseeing or producing high-quality marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, presentations, and online materials. Developing a strategy for gathering visual content from company locations, including the showroom and Coventry office.
5. Event Marketing: Collaborating on the organization and promotion of events, such as CPD sessions, trade shows, and showroom showcases, to highlight the company’s innovative and sustainable solutions. Attendance at events in the London showroom may be required.
6. Brand Management: Upholding and enhancing the company’s brand to accurately represent values such as Embrace Change, Integrity, Going Beyond, Positivity, and Commitment to Growth.
7. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as Sales, Innovation, and Specifications, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Coordinating with the Specification Assistant on activities such as CPD bookings and follow-ups to support lead generation.
8. Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Utilizing tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the construction, design, or manufacturing sector.
Strong digital marketing skills, including content creation, SEO, and social media strategy.
Experience in event marketing and coordinating client engagement activities.
Ability to work with data and analytics to measure success and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences.
Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating a team and driving a collaborative culture.
Proficiency with marketing tools.
