Job Description
To support the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Customer Officer and Chief People Officer with a variety of tasks in a proactive and efficient manner, covering other Group Executive members as required.
Your day-to-day:
1. Proactively manage three Group Executive member diaries, deciding which meetings and appointments are of most strategic importance and best use of time
2. Schedule meetings (internal & external), take notes at critical meetings and track actions through to completion
3. Build meeting agendas, prepare papers and support with creation of documents where required
4. Participate in leadership team meetings and projects with an eye to improving processes and the overall performance of the team
5. Book and arrange travel, transport, accommodation, venue and room bookings
6. Assist with the organisation of company events and conferences
7. Responsible for general team administration such as the setup of new starters and managing leavers, coordinating equipment and system set up
