About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at RX Global, your role is crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with our Tier One customers for our shows, Aircraft Interiors and World Travel Catering and Onboard Services. Your primary objective is understanding their unique needs and challenges and providing tailored solutions delivering exceptional value. By focusing on value-based selling, you play an instrumental role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through our world-class events and market-leading digital tools. Moreover, you set a high standard of Sales Excellence across the sales community, leading and influencing the business and building a culture of best practices within your peer group.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, exceeding revenue targets across all revenue lines. We require double-digit year-on-year growth on our key accounts.
2. Regular face-to-face client visits are essential for maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
4. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
7. Resolve any customer issues and problems efficiently to maintain trust.
8. Play an integral part in generating new sales and turning them into long-lasting relationships.
9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
10. Utilize market-leading data to represent to clients the value of participating in events and increasing investment.
11. Tailor product packages to meet your client's specific objectives, offering event participation, market-leading digital products, and sponsorship & branding opportunities designed to help your client achieve their goals.
12. Stay ahead of future trends and emerging technologies to represent RX Global confidently at industry events.

27. Experience working in a highly competitive, dynamic marketplace
28. Experience within the aerospace industry is a must.
29. Exhibition/Media sales experience is desirable.
