gap personnel Bristol, are currently recruiting for a Full time administrator in Amesbury with immediate start.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting our branch answering the phone & sourcing candidates for our client
Managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages whilst building strong relationships with the candidates and maintaining the company values at all times.
Approaching candidates with most professionalism and curtesy, excellent levels of communication maintained throughout the recruitment process
Excellent customer service via telephone and within all e-mail and SMS communications
Pre-screening candidates, booking candidates in for interviews ensuring excellent communication throughout, interviewing, conducting week surveys week 2 and week 4.
The Candidate:
Admin experience, ideally within a warehouse environment
Computer literate - confident using basic Excel spreadsheets
Can work as team or individually
Energetic and positive "can do" attitude
An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
A good problem solver
Attention to detail
