The Best Connection have an exciting new opportunity in Birchwood, Warrington
Our client, a leading & well known brand, is looking to add an experienced Administrator to their dedicated and committed team.
The duties will include:
1. Creating export documentation & invoices
2. Answering phones
3. Emailing documents to freight forwarders & hauliers
4. Creating labels for imported goods
5. Control room break cover – 3 x 30 mins - Booking in drivers, trailer numbers and location
6. All other admin associated tasks
The hours of work are 1800 - 0600 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Full training is provided. This role is subject to a permanent position after a successful qualifying period.
