Support the HR team by handling various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What we're looking for:
1. Ensure timely and accurate HR administration, including updating systems with data changes (starters, leavers, etc.) and maintaining employee records.
2. Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, setting up induction plans and facilitating the HR induction meeting.
3. Administer probationary reviews, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed.
4. Take accurate notes during disciplinary, absence, and grievance meetings, ensuring all statements are read and signed.
5. Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries and addressing requests promptly.
6. Handle the Holiday inbox, managing associated administrative tasks efficiently.
