The Role: As Brand Manager, you’ll take full ownership of this famous heritage brand that already holds 1 status within its product category and is a UK family favourite This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand through a significant restage while being deeply involved in the full marketing mix. Key responsibilities include: Driving and executing the brand's innovation pipeline, with end-to-end ownership of NPD projects. Developing and implementing strategic communication plans to drive brand awareness and growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders to deliver business goals. Monitoring brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities and implement proactive solutions. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with: FMCG Marketing Experience : Proven expertise in managing brands within the FMCG space, ideally with experience in NPD and communications. Stakeholder Management : The ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
