Warehouse Team Leader/Bendi Driver

đź“… Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week, start/finish times TBC).
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
đź’· Pay: ÂŁ13.35 per hour
Sunday Uplift: Additional pay for Sunday shifts.
Saturday Overtime: 1 in 4 rota basis.
Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a valid Bendi Truck Licence? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Pershore!
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
Safe and efficient operation of Bendi Trucks.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
Supporting stock management and distribution tasks.
Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet demand.What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
Valid and up-to-date Bendi Truck licence.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
