Job Title: Head of Ecommerce Salary: £75,000 - £110,000 Location: London SW (Hybrid) We are working with a British heritage fragrance brand looking to embark on aggressive expansion plans. With an impressive new CEO and PE backing they are looking for a new Head of Ecommerce to help realise the potential and ambition to the leading player in the home fragrance market globally. The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for defining and delivering a digital strategy that aligns with the company’s ambitious growth goals. You will manage all aspects of ecommerce, from customer acquisition and retention to overseeing website performance and user experience. This is a chance to build and lead a high-performing team, working closely with marketing and external partners to enhance the brand's online presence and ensure successful international expansion. The Head of Ecommerce will: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive ecommerce growth. Take ownership of the website’s performance, improving user experience and conversion rates. Lead and build a talented digital team, setting goals and driving performance. Collaborate with marketing to align digital initiatives with broader campaigns and promotions. Oversee the international expansion, managing growth in new markets, including the US. Essential Skills: At least 7 years’ experience in digital roles within ecommerce, marketing, and CRM, ideally in fragrance, cosmetics, or wellness. Proven ability to manage digital P&L and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Expertise in UX/UI design, with a data-driven approach to improving customer journeys. Strong leadership skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams. Previous experience in scaling ecommerce growth internationally, with a focus on the US market.
