The Business Analyst will be at the heart of driving business change and operational maturity, supporting the business to develop business cases and support the implementation of technological, system and process changes. The post-holder will maximise our ability to operate with efficiency while identifying improvements that improve the Southdown experience for our clients, tenants, and colleagues.
Working alongside our Manager, Digital Solutions, Manager, Organisational Design and Development and a project management team, the Business Analyst will oversee robust business changes that help deliver Southdown’s strategic objectives. As a member of our Southdown Planning Forum, you will be closely working alongside our senior leaders to further develop the next stages of our business strategies – building capabilities, driving efficiencies, improving services for clients, and building upon our vision of One Southdown.

The salary for this role will increase to £41,655 from 1st February 2025.
