We are currently recruiting for a motivated Sales Manager to oversee the operations of a fast-paced sales support team. This role involves managing a team of administrators who handle customer orders, queries, and related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership and customer service, with a focus on process improvement and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
* Manage and lead a team of Sales Office Administrators to ensure efficient handling of sales orders and customer queries via phone and email.
* Track sales performance and provide regular reports, including monthly sales figures, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales office activities with broader business goals and objectives.
* Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous improvement in their performance and processes.
* Oversee and coordinate day-to-day sales office operations to drive team effectiveness and productivity.
* Monitor the wellbeing and attendance of the team, addressing performance concerns according to company policies.
* Identify areas for improvement in policies and processes to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
