Sales Administrator

My client is a fast paced privately owned technology sourcing company with a main focus on enabling sustainability for our partners. Based in their modern offices in Great Missenden,they have grown from 1 employee to 60+ with 4 facilities across Europe and Africa in just 10 years, all thanks to the rise of the multi-billion poundpre-owned technology market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assistingour sales team with orders and order tracking
* Liaising with Procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely fashion
* Working with Operations (local and remote) to make sure product is shipped to customers on time
* Raising invoices in the Warehouse Management System (HYVE)
* Operating managing systems
* Assisting with global logistics requirements
* Working with Sales team to return any faulty product from customers and suppliers
* Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
* Pro-actively working through internal stock lists
* Weekly Reporting to Key Business Stakeholders
