A multinational management consultancy firm is looking for a German speaking Junior organised Project Coordinator to provide seamless support to the Project Specialist team. In this role you will be in charge of various projects ensuring all resources, planning, scheduling and materials for the workshops are being delivered in time. You will be working on a hybrid scheme from the central London office (2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home).
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning, scheduling and coordinating projects for clients
2. Working closely and cooperatively with the Project Specialist team
3. Interacting with clients when required
4. Ensuring all workshop materials are coordinated with clients and deadlines are met

Profile:
5. Interest in working towards a project management career
6. Fluency in German, as well as English, both written and spoken
7. Previous experience in coordinating trainings, events or projects is highly beneficial
8. Great communicator with excellent planning and multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail
9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently but also within a team
