SF are excited to be partnering with an established manufacturing business who are on the lookout for a strong HR Advisor from a manufacturing background to come and join their team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, outgoing, and a skilled HR professional, someone who is confident in a fast-paced working environment with a focused outlook. The ideal candidate for this role will come from a manufacturing or similar background and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
This business is looking for someone with strong ER case management experience, specifically grievances and disciplinarians.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Supporting management with full ER case management
2. Supporting with various recruitment needs
3. Supporting line managers in full case management and providing additional training to SLT for policies and procedures
4. Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work
5. Supporting on various end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including helping to prepare job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and HR system support
6. Getting involved with various project work and supporting the HRBPs
7. Producing, interpreting, and analysing management information
Ideal Experience:
1. CIPD Level 5 qualification
2. Manufacturing experience
3. Strong HR generalist background
4. Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative business where you will gain exposure and sit within a driven team. This person will be based at their offices in Bromsgrove 4 times per week with an additional evening shift 1-2 times per month (with additional leave provided for this the day after).
