Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Beauty Clinic Manager to join an iconic high-end Luxury Clinic for of one of their locations based in Central London.
As a Clinic Manager you will coordinate the team and ensure the proper operation in accordance with the brand image and the values of our client. We are looking for someone to lead the daily activities to offer a high quality of service and create excellent relationships with the customers, contribute to the professionalism of the team and to high-end treatments.

Requirements:
5. Retail management experience within high-end Luxury Cosmetic
6. Experience within managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
7. Track record of developing, coaching & mentoring high performing teams
Role and Responsibilities:
8. Manage the clinic team daily
9. Prepare and follow-up with the work schedules of the team according to the business needs
10. Offer a high quality of service to the customers
11. To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Line Manager and ensure that there are sufficient levels
12. Develop the clientele, recruitment, retention, events
13. Responsible for networking in the community and development of external partnerships to increase awareness of the brand
14. Driving company expectations and KPI’s
15. To proactively manage all Team Members, identifying coaching and development opportunities and support with training and guidance
16. Any ad-hoc duties as requested
