A leading independent Global Construction and Property Consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a Mechanical & Electrical background, to join their dynamic Leeds team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a client focused management team, engaging in a wide range of projects across many sectors including residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure, education, industrial, logistics, research and labs across the private and public sectors ensuring you deliver a variety of project exposure while acting as a specialist M&E consultant.
This role offers a varied workload, providing the Quantity Surveyor with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of project management and oversee the regional property and infrastructure budget, optimizing resource allocation and interdepartmental cooperation. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, quality assurance, and robust health and safety practices.
This position is ideal for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking to advance their career, offering a clear path to an Associate Director role and serving as an excellent foundation for both professional and personal growth.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:
1. Experience working within a UK consultancy environment
2. Mechanical & Electrical background
3. RICS accredited degree qualification
4. Ideally MRICS or working towards
5. A successful track record delivering MEP services
