From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Objectives of this role
1. Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
2. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
3. Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure
4. Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
5. Driving strong collaboration with employees
6. Gathering departmental reports / inputs and compiling them into one cohesive report
7. Meeting quarterly with the company’s senior executives for business updates and requesting monthly or quarterly meetings with department heads
Responsibilities
8. Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and Corporate Vice President (CVP) regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
9. Collaborate with human resources department with talent strategy and development
10. Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, planning and coordinating quarterly corporate meetings
11. Develop and build-on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CVP and other executives on a global level
12. Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
13. Refine and drive operating model to maximize efficiency and ROI
14. Deputize for Corporate Vice President
Required skills and qualifications
15. Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive-facing role
16. Working knowledge or direct experience of the semiconductor industry
17. Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
18. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
20. Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
21. Sales experience and background
