We are recruiting aConstruction, Design and Management Consultant/Principal Designerwho will work closely with our Building division team and ultimately ensure that as a group we are compliant as specified in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

As ournew CDMyou will:
* Liaise with your employer, Designers, and Contractors to fulfil duties under the CDM Regulations
* Attend construction project design reviews and design team meetings
* Attend pre-start and progress meetings
* Manage risk assessment reports
* Conduct site safety inspections on construction sites and prepare reports
* Prepare Pre-construction Health and Safety Information for projects
* Review and prepare Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method statements
Experience and Skills Required:
* NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
* Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally in health and safety role or as a building surveyor
* In depth understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Good level of IT skills
