ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Planner, you will manage the day-to-day scheduling of responsive repairs (and voids works if/when required) through the Dynamic Resourcing Scheduling system (DRS) for Stevenage Borough Council’s DLO. You will provide excellent service delivery to all customers while ensuring maximum efficiency and maintaining key performance indicators.
Your responsibilities include supporting the Trade Supervisors, Project Officers, Business Support Officers, and other colleagues in the planning and execution of responsive (and void) repairs. You will act as the main contact for Customers, the Customer Service Centre, and other colleagues to progress responsive repairs through to satisfactory completion.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of social housing, particularly in a responsive repairs department. You will have a passion for ensuring customers are at the heart of what we do, so you must be a good communicator. You will possess great organisational and planning skills and have the ability to lead a team through change.
